JOHN WALTERS BURKHART ) is a recent graduate of Belmont University where he was previously seen as Winston in 1984, Paris in Romeo and Juliet, and, in Belmont’s collaboration with NSF, Mrs. Bingley, Mr. Collins, and Mr. Wickham in Pride and Prejudice. He is thrilled to be joining the cast of Nashville Shakespeare Festival’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream!

ANDREW CARR is an actor, designer, game master, and graduate of NYU Tisch and RADA. As a Sumner County native, he is excited to join the ranks of Nashville Shakespeare after 10 years in the New York theater circuit. He’d like to thank Mom and Dad for their unending support and his D&D players that keep him full of wit, curiosity, and caffeine.

REID GREGORY is a Nashville native and thrilled to be involved with Nashville Shakes! Reid is a recent graduate of the Pacific Conservatory Theatre Professional Actor Training Program and Nash Shakes Summer Conservatory. Reid is also a current employee of Cracker Barrel. Recent credits include: Beatrice, Much Ado About Nothing (Watershed Public Theatre), Catherine, Proof (Watershed), Sir Thomas Grey, Henry V (PCPA), Eliza Doolittle, My Fair Lady: A Staged Reading (McCooey Productions). EMMA HEALY is ecstatic to be a part of the Nashville Shakespeare Festival Summer Conservatory! This is her first year with the company and is so thankful to the wonderful team and cast for being so welcoming and helping guide her through the process! Emma is a New York based actor; her most recent performances include Jesus in Godspell and “Changing My Major” and 54 below. She wants to thank her girlfriend and her family for their endless support and love. Huzzah!!

CLAY JACKSON is so grateful for this opportunity to take the stage! Clay just graduated from Belmont University with his BFA in Theatre Performance, performing in roles such as Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet, Joseph Garcin in No Exit , and Sir Nathaniel in Love’s Labour’s Lost. He first took the stage in his middle school production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and he is so excited to be joining Nashville Shakespeare Festival for their production this summer. A Nashville native, Clay hopes to keep performing and working in the Middle Tennessee area. Thank you for being here!

EMMA MILLER is so honored and excited to be a part of Nashville Shakespeare's 2026 Summer Conservatory. She is a Nashville native that has been pursuing her passion for the stage for over 10 years. As a semi-recent graduate of Sewanee's theatre program, Emma has enjoyed all walks of theatre from the inside out. Some of her latest endeavors include sword fighting for the Tennessee Renaissance Festival and performing her original play at the Edinburgh Fringe Fest. She would like to thank her friends and family for their unwavering support. Peace and Love, Peace and Love!

CLAIRE PALS is pumped for this production, as a member of the Summer Conservatory she was able to AD and perform in the summer showcase, which combined both of her passions! She graduated from Lipscomb University with her BFA in Acting this year. Recent credits include: Exit Pursued By A Bear w/ The Actors Bridge (Sweetheart) The Games Afoot w/ Lipscomb University (Director) Much Ado About Nothing w/ Lipscomb (Beatrice). MERRIE SHEARER is a Nashville-based actor and is thrilled to be participating in this year's SuCo with the Nashville Shakespeare Festival! Recent credits include Smoke (Storyteller) at The Bel Witch Festival, A Streetcar Named Desire (Eunice) with The Nashville Repertory Theatre, and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Robin Starveling) with The Nashville Shakespeare Festival. MARIAN STORVIK is beyond excited to be making her debut with NSF this year! She is most recently credited for playing Mollie Ralston in The Mousetrap, but when she isn't on stage she can be found designing and constructing sets for her local theater community. She wants to give a massive thank you to the entire cast and crew as well as her beyond-supportive family and her caring friends.
